Caring for your body reaps endless rewards.  To maintain your skin from top to toe follow our bath and beauty regime.

Soaps and Cleansing Bars

Soaps and cleansing bars are a simple and inexpensive way to cleanse your skin.  Some soaps can leave your skin feeling dry, so use one with added moisturizers.

If you have particularly dry or sensitive skin, opt for a pH balanced soap.

Shower Gels

Shower gels are generally milder than soap and there are hundreds of varieties to choose from, ranging from herbs and essences to essential oils.

If shower gels are too harsh on your skin, choose a formula with added moisturizers.

Bath Oils

Bath oils are wonderful for those with dry skin.  The oils float on the water's surface and cover your skin with a fine film when you step out of the bath.

Essential oils like camomile and lavender will relax you while peppermint or rosemary oil will revitalize your spirits.

Bath Salts

Bath salts are usually made from sodium carbonate and are great for softening water in hard water areas.  Bath salts prevent your skin from drying out and combined with the warm water are a popular way to soothe away aches and pains.
