Body Treats

Caring for your body reaps endless rewards.  To maintain your skin from top to toe follow our bath and beauty regime.

Taking a bath is not only a great way to cleanse your skin but is also the perfect opportunity to indulge in some beauty treats.

Body lotions and oils

Body lotions seal moisture into your skin leaving it feeling soft and smooth.  Concentrate on the drier areas of your body like elbows, knees and feet.

Body lotions are best for normal and oily skins while dry skins benefit from luxurious body oils.

Exfoliating scrubs

Scrubs help clear the skin of dry and dead skin cells leaving the skin feeling softer.  They also help clear up rough patches on your skin.

You can use an exfoliating scrub at least once a week, rinsing away the excess with warm water.

Pumice stone

Pumice stone is made from porous volcanic rock and works best for you if you lather it up with soap first.  Then gently rub the pumice stone over hardened areas of skin in a circular motion.

Loofahs are actually the pod of an Egyptian tree and are useful as exfoliators.  They work best when lathered up with soap to remove hardened skin.  Gently rub them over hardened skin.

Remember to rinse and drain them thoroughly to avoid them going black and moldy, but don't use vinegar or lemon juice to clean them as they will destroy this once-living plant.
