Want to copy the looks seen on this year's spring catwalks?  We give you all the advice and best buys to make the spring looks work for you.

The New Pink

Baby-doll pink cheeks offered a pretty alternative to bronzer for a look that was innocent yet flirty.  Pastel peepers and a rosebud pout completed the effect.

How To Get the Look:  For a fresh dewy glow, try a cream blush, gently applied in a circular motion to the tops of your cheekbones, then blend downwards for a subtle glow.

Or dust a pale shimmer powder over the apples of your cheeks.  Finish with petal pink lips and a rosy lip gloss.

Join The Gold Rush

The tans on display at Calvin Klein were fabulously OTT, with skin drenched in bronze, while Donna Karan teamed terracotta cheeks with pretty coral lips.

How To Get the Look:  Try a tinted foundation for easy application and a sweep of golden eyeshadow.  For a lightly burnished look, MAC makeup artist Nicola Burford suggests dusting a bronzing powder at least two shades darker than your skin tone over your cheekbones and T-zone.

Smoke Signals

Smoky eyes, a perennial runway favorite, returned this season with dusky taupes and grays replacing black, as seen at Chanel and Versace.

How To Get the Look:  Smudge a gray kohl pencil beneath the lower lashes, tapering off towards the inner corner of the eye.  Use a brush to apply deep color along the top lash line and blend upwards, fading to neutral at the eye socket.
