Carry a mineral water spray bottle in your handbag to freshen makeup during the day.
Dunk feet into a bowl containing warm water and 4 tablespoons of Epsom salts to help ease swollen ankles.
Peel a lemon and rub the rind on your face to reduce oil and brighten your complexion.
Soak nails in a bowl of olive oil once a week to strengthen them.
Apply cream blusher in light downward movements to prevent it creasing and catching in the fine hairs on your face.
The color of your eyeshadow can be made to look more intense by dipping your eye shadow brush in water first.
Make sure you give your moisturizer time to sink in before applying makeup - it will help the makeup go on more easily.
